Return Policy

Return Policy is an ecommerce platform made up of independent sellers who run their own shops. Items are fulfilled and shipped by these sellers. When you order from a seller, your return will be returned to the seller store instead of Sellers on are governed by the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) of the territory in which the seller operates., in the interest of our consumers, works diligently to enforce the mandates of the CPA. Items in original condition within the return window of 30 days will incur a restocking fee of 15% 85% of the item's price
Items in original condition within the return window of 30 days with damages due to shipping and or faults deemed to be those of manufacturer or seller, not meeting product description stated on 100 % of the item's price

CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that were opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) 50% of the item's price
Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to aSeller’s, Shipping, or Manufacturer’s error Up to 15 % of the item's price

Quikanou Restaurants

Quikanou Restaurant items are not returnable, but may be refunded if refunds are initiated within 24 hours of purchase.

In order for refund to be issued, persons should provide a copy of their Quikanou receipt.

Quikanou Spa Services

Refunds and exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis by each spa service provider.

Computers (laptops & desktops)

New desktop, laptops or tablets purchased from that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Used and refurbished products purchased are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.

Hazardous Materials

Prior to returning all hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases, Quikanou and seller MUST be contacted.

Jewelry & Watches

Jewelry and watch items with a value of $35 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method or hand delivered by purchaser to the seller.

All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Theme park tickets are not returnable after purchase.
